Our IMsL group rate is valid for booking from 29-Apr-2008 through 06-May-2008. If you wish to extend your stay outside of these dates to enjoy everything the Bay Area has to offer, you will need to book a separate reservation on the Web site or contact reservations at the Holiday Inn Golden Gateway directly by calling 415-441-4000.
Reservations must be made before Friday, April 18th at 11:59pm PST to guarantee the group rate. IMsL,LLC requests that all attendees staying at the Holiday Inn Golden Gateway book through our group room block using the code SML - Thank You Very Much.
We have negotiated a daily discounted parking rate of $14.00 with the host hotel — this rate does not come with In/Out Privileges. Overnight guests who require In/Out Privileges will be charged $36 per night. There is also street parking around the hotel which is free after 6pm and on Sundays.
You might want to consider NOT renting a car if you are flying in from out-of-town, and local folks may want to look at public transportation and ride sharing.
